Web Projects and Communications Manager - £25,000 p.a.

The Graphics Company are looking for a full-time Web Projects and Communications Manager to join their small team.

You will be responsible for managing web design projects from start to finish, in collaboration with our designers and web developers. You will also be in charge of developing and implementing a marketing strategy for The Graphics Company, and meeting with potential clients to generate new work.

The Graphics Company is a design co-operative based in Edinburgh.

Business Development Managers, Fairtrade Foundation

Business Development Managers - (Required for the food, cotton and cosmetics divisions) £33,000 - £37,000 London with some UK travel Applications considered for full-time, part-time and job share basis

We undertake our certification and product labelling work as the UK member of Fairtrade Labelling Organisations International (FLO), a global network of organisations working to common standards and verification systems. We are one of the largest and fastest growing of the 21 labelling initiatives in FLO, working with hundreds of companies on thousands of products that generated sales of almost £500 million in 2007.

We are seeking to recruit additional Business Development Managers to join the commercial team working on Food, Cotton and Cosmetics. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your task will be to increase sales of products certified by the FAIRTRADE Mark by developing the Foundation’s relationships with commercial operators in specific product and / or market sectors as agreed.

You should have sales / marketing experience in the FMCG or business-business environment, you will have excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills and may already have experience of Fairtrade products (although not essential). You will be able to identify and resolve any barriers to progress and will work with others to maintain and update relevant supply chain and market information.
