Ethics Girls offers a complete range of services to suit your delivery requirements which balance being sensitive to the environment, including our Carbon Offset delivery service – see details below.

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered or received, we'll exchange it or refund your money.
Packing and Delivery Service: UK Standard and Overnight
For standard deliveries, Ethics Girls uses Royal Mail and Parcel Force, with deliveries normally arriving within 3-6 days. The maximum standard delivery charge is £3.95 per order with lower charges on lower weight deliveries as follows:

NEXT DAY
If you require your order the next day, we offer an overnight courier service for £8 per parcel.
We would encourage you to plan ahead with your shopping as with over night deliveries it is very likely that this will mean an internal UK flight. If you are a "greenie" like us, then this might not fit with your carbon emissions head on. We are currently developing our carbon management strategy in terms of UK distribution options and will keep you posted on our findings.
EUROPEAN CHARGES
Standard charge: £8 - this service is a signed for service
We do of course offer next deliveries and will develop an off setting process in the very near future.
Worried about not being home for the delivery?
Then why not get your order delivered to the office? You can even club together with others and then split the charges between you.
RETURNS
We will except returns and provide refunds providing the goods are returned in a saleable condition. Items will need to be returned to Ethics Girls Limited, 6 Lowry Place, Rosyth KY11 2PR. Please email sam@ethicsgirls.co.uk and advise her that you are sending an item back.
If you wish to return an item & try another colour/size then we will not charge to sent out this exchanged item.
For all members of the Ethics Girls co-op there will be a refund on the postage for returns for the lifetime of the membership.
